Chris Quinn has an extensive background in starting, buying, selling and operating businesses for himself, as well as for mid to larger size corporations. Personal and corporate M&A transactions facilitated have been well over $100,000,000 in value. It’s his attention to detail and focus that helps Chris not only represent a company for sale, but to establish a fair value, improve the firm’s marketability, and to guide them in streamlining operations in preparation for selling.
As a long term business owner and entrepreneur, he embraces the processes from both a financial and emotional perspective. Chris understands that complexities aren’t only in the analytical details, but in expectations and relationship management. He strives to ensure both buyer and seller are successful in reaching their “wish list” goals in closing the transaction, which is a very challenging balance to keep, but Chris regularly finds a way to make it a reality. Outside of business, Chris enjoys family time, particularly coaching his kids in multiple sports. He also actively volunteers with his children’s schools, and in his community.
